The journey begins in Livingstone, near Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Besides the impressive waterfalls, you'll visit a traditional village and embark on a safari in search of white rhinos. On the deck of a tour boat, with a sundowner in hand, you'll enjoy the evening atmosphere on the Zambezi River before flying directly to Lower Zambezi National Park the next day.
You'll spend three nights in a small, intimate camp on the wildlife-rich banks of the mighty Zambezi River. Numerous (night) game drives and walking safaris will immerse you in the largely untouched wilderness of this fascinating reserve. Exceptional wildlife sightings from your terrace, a canoe, or while fishing are guaranteed in this scenic part of the park.
On the sixth day, it's time for a change of scenery as you fly to South Luangwa National Park. Even from the air, the beauty of this wildlife reserve is evident, with expansive savannas, woodlands, and floodplains dominating the landscape. From your safari vehicle, you'll observe buffalo, lions, elephants, giraffes, over 450 different bird species, and, with a bit of luck, even leopards. Your camp on the Luangwa River has only five suites and offers both the luxurious comfort of a lodge and the privacy of a bush camp.
